Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the North Quabbin Health and Wellness Fair. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance and/or participation in this event. Our purpose is to highlight Wellness Practitioners offering a variety of services. You will be contacted once a decision is made regarding your application.

The vendor fee is due within 1 week of acceptance of your application. There are no refunds on the application fees. We will do our best to advertise this event, however you are responsible for advertising your booth and sharing the event information. 

The North Quabbin Health and Wellness Fair will be held on Sunday, September 15th from 12-5pm at the Revival Wheeler Mansion located at 75 E. Main St. Orange, MA 01364.

Practitioner demonstrations/offerings will be scheduled between 1-5pm inside the mansion in a private room. As a Practitioner, you are responsible for booking your demonstrations and collection of payment.

You are responsible for any equipment – massage tables, props, etc. to offer your services. You may provide offerings/demonstrations for 30 minutes or utilize the space for hour sessions, this is your choice. 

Setup will begin as early as 10:30am. We will assist you upon arrival and give directions to your vendor location. We will have a tent that will be up and can fit 10-12 tables comfortably underneath. There will be space outside the tent for 6 more tables. You must bring your own table and tents (if indicated) . We ask that all vendors remain for the full length of the event. All vendors are responsible for leaving the space clean. Your space is not confirmed until we receive this application with payment in full.

There are two options available to vendors

• Vendor Space 10×10 ($50 per vendor)
• Private indoor vendor space for demonstration ($20/hour per vendor
